The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol, live cartridges and mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, East Champaran, Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 104/13.
