The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case no. 109/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of Puja Kumari was recovered by the side of a river. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. The deceased was wife of Uma Das. The petitioner is uncle of Uma Das. The victim was burnt to death. It is submitted that the petitioner has no manner of concern with Uma Das and his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge V, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case no. 109/2014.
