The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she married her daughter two years ago with Pawan Ram son of the petitioner. She got information that her daughter consumed poison. The informant alleged that her son-in-law is working in Fardiabad and on the date of occurrence he quarreled with his wife on telephone and also demanded dowry. The accused persons killed her daughter. It is submitted that no allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased

Learned APP did not dispute the facts.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against him, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
