Petitioner is said to have thrown acid causing burn injuries to the informant and her other family members. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties sustained injuries said to be caused by acid.

It appears that the petitioner also sustained burn injuries on his shoulder, neck etc. said be caused by acid. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Khodawandpur P.S.
