Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 212, 384, 386, 401, 427, 435 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.
Submission is that similarly situated co-accused Sidesh Prasad @ Sidhesh Prasad has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18956 of 2018. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Sanjay Reddy. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.19111 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
