2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners directing the respondents to pass order in the light of order dated 23.11.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4703 of 2022.

3. It transpired to this Court that petitioners have moved before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No 4703 of 2022 in which order dated 23.11.2023 has been passed which is as follows :- "The present writ has been filed seeking the following relief:- 1.That the petitioners above-named pray for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, preferably in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to regularize their services and thereafter to grant them all monetary benefit of service including pension etc. and or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed."
4. From representation, it transpired to this Court that the petitioners were working in the said Deptt. in between 1978 to 1993 and some of them have moved in various writ petition
4/4 whose details are mentioned in the representation.
5. This Court restrain himself from passing any order on merit or demerit of this case.
