2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, the petitioner and other accused persons equipped with Lathi, Danda, Farsa and Tangi came at the door of the informant and starting abusing her. When she raised objection, they assaulted her. When her Bhaisur came to rescue her, co-accused Ravishankar Thakur assaulted him with Tangi on his head. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted the Bhaisur of the informant and fled away. The petitioner snatched

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and the specific allegation against her is only that she snatched ear-ring from the ear of the informant.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
