2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

a). To issue an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No 4 to conduct an investigation and take stern action against Respondent Nos 6 and 7 who have initiated false criminal against the Petitioner and tormented the family of the Petitioner through wrongful detention and malicious prosecution;

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1615 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 b). To issue an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No 3 to initiate appropriate department proceeding against Respondent No 6 and 7 for dereliction of duty and facilitating malicious prosecution;

c). To issue an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus declaring that the Respondent officials have violated the right to life of the Petitioner as guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

3. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition in the District Court concerned for the claim of damages.
