The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police recovered Pulsar bike bearing Registration No. BR-33G-6713 near the Shiva Restaurant. Pappu Kumar one of the staff of the restaurant alleged that Arun Kumar and the petitioner had brought the bike to sale at Rs. 15,000/-. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
