The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuna P.S. Case No. 411 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Sunita Devi, the mother of the informant. Patasu Dom, Kaushal Ram and Munarik Ram (the petitioner) are alleged to have armed with country made pistol and they made indiscriminate firing on the father of the informant causing his death. The deceased got one firearm injury. Three persons are alleged to have fired, out of which Patasu Dom and Kaushal Ram have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39920 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge III, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 411 of 2014.
