====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 35198 of 2019, 43694 of 2019, 44548 of 2019 and 51298 of 2019, as contained in the Annexure-series and petitioner undertakes to abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the order granting bail to the co-accused.

No.3159 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case no. 05 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
