The petitioner seeks bail in Sahpur P.S. Case no. 161/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police on chase apprehended three persons who are said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41060 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 161/2015.
