The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 7044 of 2011 , which stood dismissed long back on 30.06.2015. Despite the fact that writ petition stood dismissed due to non - appearance in the month of June, 2015 , the present petition was filed in the month of January, 2017. Sri Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court regarding the reasons for delay, but the court is not satisfied with such explanation.

Considering the fact that writ petition stood dismissed long back, after such a long time restoration petition may not be entertained.

Accordingly, the restoration petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) praful/- U
