2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the husband of informant went to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51504 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/3 Gara more to visit his field he saw that petitioner no. 1 was constructing house on his land. When informant protested, all the accused persons abused and assaulted him with lathi and iron rod. When informant got informant, she along with other family members went there, the accused persons also assaulted them. It is further alleged that co-accused disrobed her and petitioner no. 5 took golden ear-rings and chain from her neck.

4. It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. There is case and counter case. Case filed by the petitioner bearing Kochas PS Case No. 57 of 2023 is in earlier point of time. Other allegations are ornamental to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
