No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and when the informant inquired from the victim, the victim stated the name of only one person and not the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 257 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
