The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case no. 251/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354 (B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have passed comments and also pulled duppatta and touch the body of the informant.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 20.08.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 07.09.2014. There is a counter version. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2015. He had already remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43594 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case no. 251/2014.
