The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 385 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he was in possession of one country made Katta and one live cartridge and further one live cartridge each were recovered from both the other co-accused persons. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.04.2022 and he has no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been filed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49399 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 385 of 2022.
