It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner was arrested in Dhanbad and the stolen vehicle was produced before the I.O. of this case. The production-cum-seizure list does not bear the signature of petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
