Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

During course of assault, several persons were there.

Allegation against the petitioner and coaccused Asraful is that they assaulted to the mother of the informant. The injury report at Annexure-3 would reveal that the Doctor has found single wound on the person of the mother of the informant. There is case and counter case. There is no repetition of blow.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.10685 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baisi Police Station Case No.90 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
