Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named and it appears that in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner was in jail custody in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40615 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 194 of 2013.
