2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 15 of the Indian Medical Council Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioners are running nursing home without license and authorization.

4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Name of petitioners dragged in this case merely because their mobile numbers were displayed outside the nursing home. Petitioners have got no concern with the alleged

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
