Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.93 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that during religious programme the petitioner shot at the son of the informant causing his death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier some oral information was given by the informant but no such allegation was levelled rather by some unknown the son of the informant was killed. It is further submitted that due to accidental firing the death of the son of the informant was caused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21108 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the matter has been compromised. Having considered that the specific allegation of killing the son of the informant is only against the petitioner, so his prayer of bail is rejected in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.93 of 2016 pending in the court of learned ACJM, IV, Vaishali at Hajipur with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
