The petitioners apprehended their arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against Raj Ballabh Yadav and Kamdeo Yadav. So far as the allegations against the petitioners are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24888 of 2016 (3) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 main allegation is on Raj Ballabh Yadav, but there is no further cogent material in the case diary to support the allegation against these two petitioners.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
