This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 28.06.2024 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this appellant abused the husband of informant by caste name and also assaulted him due to which husband of informant sustained injury and during course of treatment he died.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
