The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 357 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and under section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The motor cycle of the petitioner was found lying at the place of occurrence. The informant alleged that the miscreants passed through that road and on chase they made firing.

It is submitted that one day prior to the occurrence the motor cycle of the petitioner was snatched and for that the petitioner filed a petition before the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad and the motor cycle has already been released in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42311 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no concern with the extremist activities and he has also got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Deo P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, G. R. No. 1336 of 2014.
