The petitioner seeks bail in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 69/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended four persons, namely Om Prakash Yadav, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, Pappu Kumar Yadav and Bijendra Das. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41026 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raja Ram Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 69/2015.
