This is an application seeking quashing of order passed by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna dated 26.10.2016, whereby, results of Intermediate Examination-2016 of all candidates, who had appeared from V.R. College, Kiratpur, Rajaram, Vaishali, have been cancelled. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent, Bihar School Examination Board, bringing on record the judgment of this Court dated 28.10.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14759/2016 (Ratna Jha Vs. State of Bihar through its Chairman, Bihar School Examination & others), and other analogous cases, wherein, the said decision of the Board has been upheld.

Patna High Court CWJC No.781 of 2017 dt.06-04-2017 There being an order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, I have no option but to dismiss this application in the light of the said judgment. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J.) Rajeev/- U
