The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the informant of the case. The petitioner alleged that while he was searching his wife he came across with Sonu Hazam and on enquiry Sonu Hazam disclosed that a dead body of a woman was lying, on such the dead body of the wife of the petitioner was recovered. Sonu Hazam confessed his guilt and disclosed that he killed the wife of the petitioner at the instance of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have paid Rs. 60,000/- to Sonu Hazam for killing his wife. Save and except the confession of Sonu Hazam no

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjeet Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in Chenari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015.
