2. The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.563 of 2020 dated 16.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307 & 302/34.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
