It would appear that earlier petitioner moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.11254 of 2010 which was rejected on 29.04.2010 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below but petitioner did not comply with the order of this Court and lastly he was arrested on 16.05.2015 on the strength of permanent warrant of arrest.
