The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabiya) P.S. Case No. 451 of 2020 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to Essential Commodities Act. Further, he contended that petitioner is not a PDS dealer. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
