JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot and his name was disclosed by co-accused, who were caught on the spot and subsequently, the house of the petitioner was raided and it is alleged that 25 meter aluminium wire was recovered from his house.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 29.05.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41229 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Suman, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015.
