JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted permission to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance and the said authority may be directed to dispose of the same within a specified period of time.

Accordingly, it is directed that if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievance regarding grant of M.A.C.P./ A.C.P., the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
