JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Laheri PS Case No. 355 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as similarly situated other coaccused Ranjit Paswan, Nitish Kumar, Pappu Sharma and Narayan Prasad have been granted bail by this Court as well as by coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 5.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kamlesh Paswan @ Soni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 355 of 2017.
