JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 16-062015 on the accusation that he gave single farsa blow, causing head injury to injured, Krishna Singh, who happens to be uncle of the petitioner. The aforesaid injured, Krishna Singh is said to have sustained grievous injury on his head but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid injury report was got prepared by injured, in collusion with a doctor, who was appointed on contract basis but subsequently, he resigned from service. It is also pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that moreover, the parties have already settled their dispute by happy note of compromise and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

No.44281 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.
