The petitioners are in custody in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.220 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/323/324/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, co-accused Romins Singh is alleged to have given dagger blow which caused death of the son of the informant. The petitioners and others were also there. The doctor has found single stab wound at the thorax vertebra. Considering the fact that there is no substantial allegation against the petitioners for refusal of prayer for bail, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16722 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 P2/ sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ekma Police Station Case No. 220 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
