Perused the impugned order dated 18.08.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-III, Danapur in T.S. No. 95 of 2000, whereby the learned court below allowed the intervention application filed by one intervener alleging that she had purchased entire suit property from defendants in the year 2012.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below found that the intervener has purchased the entire property by a registered sale deed dated 27.03.2012. Therefore, admitted fact is that the intervener is not claiming any peripheral title rather the intervener has purchased the entire property and accordingly, in view of the decision of the Supreme Court reported in AIR 2005 SC 2209, the court below has rightly allowed the application for intervention. Thus, I find no reason to interfere with impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this civil miscellaneous is dismissed. brajesh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
