Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, dead body of the deceased was recovered at Jiwach bridge.

No doubt, it is alleged that wife of the deceased had illicit relation with some persons and when the deceased made protest, he was killed by his in-laws but taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar II, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani/ concerned court in Rahika P.S. Case no. 113/2009.
