Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the IPC. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already closed. The petitioner was never put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
