The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 314, 344, 406, 120(B), 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusations are of assaulting, getting the pregnancy of the informant aborted and making an attempt to kill the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a false and concocted story has been created and petitioner has has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is husband of the informant and he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49272 of 2022(5) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 never assaulted her. The petitioner is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. A statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition. The petitioner is languishing in custody 30.05.2022.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant is also ready to live with the petitioner, provided he keeps the informant with full dignity and honour.

Considering the present stand of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira 281 of 2020 arising out Complaint Case No. 1636 of 2020.
