Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of petitioner came in this case during course of investigation. Moreover, all the sections are bailable except section 17 of the CLA Act.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was well known to the informant prior to the alleged occurrence and the informant has already entered into compromise with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42023 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Gaya in connection with Men P.S. Case no. 13 of 2015.
