Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that on 17.12.2021, the order dated 07.12.2021 was modified, but in paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 17.12.2021, the name of petitioner no.2 Rajiv Pandey has wrongly been typed in place of petitioner no.2 Bharat Prasad.

In view of the above submission, in the second paragraph of the order dated 17.12.2021, let the words

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4874 of 2021(4) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 "petitioner no.2, Rajiv Pandey" be corrected to be read as "petitioner no. 2, Bharat Prasad."

Accordingly, the order dated 17.12.2021 is rectified to the extent above.
