The accusation against petitioner is that one, Brajesh Kumar appeared in place of petitioner in the examination for recruitment of constable. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 03-07-2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur (Town) P.S.
