Patna High Court L.P.A No.686 of 2025 dt.08-07-2025 2/2 simply been non-suited on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to assail the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, District-Saran, which was never invoked by the appellant.

2. We wholly agree with such observation of the learned Single Judge.

3. However, we direct that in case the appellant challenges such order of the Circle Officer before the competent Officer within a period of one week from today, the same shall be looked into and a reasoned order shall be passed.

4. With the afore-noted observation, the appeal stands disposed off.
