JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15550 of 2019, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018, with a direction to them to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has approached this Court through the present petition seeking

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47557 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 extension of time for surrendering before the Court below.

3. For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the Court below, the prayer is allowed.

4. The order dated 14.03.2019 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.

5. The other conditions imposed in the bail order dated 14.03.2019 shall subsist.

6. With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
