The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 (1-B)a/ 26(1), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended but no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only one mobile was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015.
