Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
Submission is that the case diary reveals that there is a subsisting land dispute between the parties and, therefore, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case but from the first information report, there is direct allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury upon the victim. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also. He is in custody since 21.08.2017. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
