2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief(s):

"i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, Order/Orders, direction/directions commanding and directing the Respondent concerned to proper investigation of Nadi P.S. case No.

269/2023 registered for the offence under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 380, 307, 504, 506 along with section 27 of Arms Act by a independent Investigating Agency of the State.

II). For that directing the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1857 of 2024(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 Respondents to arrest the accused persons of Nadi P.S. case No. 269/2023 who were absconding and unnecessary torturing the petitioner for withdrawal of the aforesaid case. The accused persons also giving life threatening to the widow lady and her family members."

3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the investigation is not being conducted properly.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police has not taken the statement of the petitioner.

5. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the I.O. and the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances.

6. If the petitioner files such an application then the I.O. and the Magistrate will act on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
