The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which another case Thakurganj (Sukhani) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 was registered and the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in the aforesaid case. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 30.05.2015 and since then he is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
