Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 20/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Act.
